چکیده
The second part of the article presents perspective directions using boron and its compounds in preparation processes, metallurgical processing ore materials steel smelting order to improve quality final product. An efficient technology silicothermal production ferrosilicoboron containing 0.6–2.0% B 60–80% Si has been developed. advantage this scheme is possibility obtaining a boron-containing alloy during ferrosilicon smelting. It experimentally shown that higher performance characteristics than ferroboron both when used for processing. industrial test results microalloying pipe grades with new ferroalloy confirmed high degree assimilation—up 96%. widespread use due cheapness, availability environmental friendliness. According calculations, from complex cheapest trace element increase strength steel. Additives B2O3 can be successfully form high-magnesium liquid steel-making slags. 0.37–0.55% effectively stabilizes highly basic slags industries. This operation allows marketable lump material. above review as well laboratory studies have effectiveness usage at different stages production. technical economic indicators ferroalloys, effective disposal waste slags, shown. solutions advanced tested enterprises do not require capital expenditures. They are implemented by adding microdosing facilities.
